| They are artwork miniatures, the size of a baseball card. Some sources credit M. Vänçi Stirnemann for popularizing ACEOs in trading sessions in Zurich, Switzerland in the '90s. However, art card trading can be traced back to portrait miniatures, and a business card popular with Impressionist era artists of the 19th and 20th centuries. Some of my ACEOs are original mixed media or thread painting pieces. Others are reproductions of my larger works, printed onto cotton and top-stitched. All of my customers so far have found that the item they received was more intricate and pleasing than the photos on the website could convey. However, if you feel you must return an item, I accept returns with a full refund within 45 days of the original purchase date. Returned artwork must be well packaged (in the original wrapping would be best) and shipped with Delivery Tracking and Insurance. I will issue a refund in full upon receipt of the returned artwork. Your refund is dependent upon my receipt of the returned package, so Delivery Tracking and Insurance are critical - if a package is lost during return without insurance, I cannot issue the refund.
