| . About this Artwork: . Ginger Cat was a commissioned work by a nice woman who wanted a perfect personal gift for a good friend. I thread-painted the entire piece using various colors of rayon embroidery thread. The base is printed cotton, over a layer of firm Timtex interfacing which makes the piece rigid enough to hang or frame. The piece included a sewn in hanging sleeve on the back for a small decorative rod. |
