| About this Artwork: . This intricate wall hanging art quilt is based on a floor mosaic in the Basilica of St. Mark in Venice, Italy. This piece is my only work created from another artist's pattern, because I loved the pattern so much. Created with traditional cotton fabrics in blues, lavenders, purples, and tan florals. Top stitched with cotton thread. Traditional quilt binding, with a hanging sleeve sewn into the back for a decorative rod. |
