| About this Artwork: Woodland is a fabric and fiber art quilt, designed in a free-form abstract style. This artwork consists of 2 panels 11.5" (29.21 cm) wide each. Created with 100% cotton fabrics, wool and silk yarns, fused glass, brass and wood beads, cinnamon sticks, and bleached wood embellishments. Combined piecing and applique methods, top-stitched with cotton and rayon embroidery threads. The pieces are bound with marbled cotton fabric, in a traditional quilt style. Finished with hanging sleeves sewn into the back, aligned to hang evenly on a decorative rod. |
